Valentine’s Day fell on Wednesday this year so what else could we do but celebrate love and friendship.

With the subtle lighting and the warm glow of red heats we greeted all our members to our valentines event day. We were in the mood for love with a a great selection of games and quizzes, matching the famous pairs and of course a fun game of Mr and Mrs for friends.

It was lovely to see everyone interacting and building closer friendships.

A hearty meal of Steak Pie, Dauphinoise potatoes and Green Beans was served with locally made heart snapped Pavlova for the ultimate pudding.  Thank you to Brackley Bakery.

Jackie Maynard then entertained us for the afternoon with her beautiful soul full voice, a very welcome addition to our event days.

Red Roses were handed out as our members left ensuring we all got at least one valentine ❤️❤️
