It was a great day in the Park Suite on Wednesday 28th September, when the Saints Community Project team held a Country and Western style Hoe Down event. An American style lunch was served to the 75 people in attendance, with hot dogs, pulled pork sliders and fries. For those not wanting meat there was a choice of Mac n Cheese or a ham salad. All this was followed by American Dream Chocolate Fudge Cake and cream. There was a country & western themed game, raffle and lots of fun. Entertainment was provided by local singing duet Large and Larger, who put together a special programme of country and western songs for the event.
