Saints Community Project presents Children in Need
This Wednesday we decided to do something a little different, as part of our season of giving something back to communities. We held a children in need fundraiser ahead of the grand fundraising day. This year we will be working closely with Tescos in Brackley and their fundraising drive, offering them assistance to raise more funds for charity.
It was a busy day at the club with over 70 people, a grand raffle, biscuit decorating competition, bake sale and rolling the £1 closest to the whiskey.
We managed to raise £149.72. Not bad for a couple of hours and a great contribution to a worth cause from all of us !
Games galore, a grand brain teaser quiz, entertainment from Paul Dumas and his friends, a hearty luncheon of Chicken Stew and Dumplings followed by warming apple pie and lashings of custard. What’s not to love about Wednesdays !

The Saints Community Project …We do make a difference ….
I am slightly overwhelmed to say that due to all your efforts we smashed it and raised an amazing £877.04 for Children in Need this year. This money will make a massive difference to the lives of some of the children and young people across the Uk.
Thank you to everyone that supported our Community Fundraising Day, The Girls Football, Brackley Rugby Club, The Football Club and Tescos our Community Partners who allowed us to collect and of course those collectors who gave up their time to go down to Tescos and collect for this amazing cause.
We really are giving back and supporting our society … Guys you all Rock ! Kim
